TrackVision Tech — GPS Tracking for Individuals and Fleets
TrackVision Tech needed a platform that could serve two fundamentally different customer types from a single product: individual buyers who want to purchase a GPS tracker online in seconds, and fleet operators who need a full management dashboard, custom reports, and dedicated support.
Vasilkoff built both — a Shopify-based e-commerce front for consumer sales and a custom fleet management platform for business clients.
What We Built
Shopify E-Commerce Store
A custom Shopify theme for the consumer-facing store — clean, fast, and optimised for conversion. Individual buyers can browse tracker models, compare specs, and complete purchases in seconds. The store handles local EU delivery, subscription plan selection (monthly vs annual), and post-purchase onboarding.
Fleet Management Dashboard
A dedicated web dashboard for business clients managing vehicle fleets. Features include:
- Real-time GPS tracking with live map view and alert triggers
- Fleet KPI dashboard — distance, idle time, speed events, utilisation rates
- 5-year trip history with route replay and export
- Custom business reports tailored to client operational requirements
- Multi-user access with role-based permissions for fleet managers and drivers
Subscription and Plan Management
Integrated subscription billing — monthly and annual plans — with automatic renewal, plan upgrade flows, and device-to-account association. Consumer and fleet plans are managed through the same backend.
Custom Telematics Integration
For enterprise clients with specific requirements, the platform supports custom telematics configurations — connecting to third-party sensors, integrating with existing fleet management software, and delivering bespoke reporting on request.
