Our client faced a familiar problem: by the time they identified a trending product, competitors had already flooded the space.
They needed a system capable of detecting early signals, generating engaging copy, and posting instantly to reach audiences before the wave peaked.

The Solution: n8n-Driven AI Workflow
We built a multi-layered automation pipeline using n8n as the orchestration engine — connecting data analytics, GPT-based AI, Supabase, and multiple APIs into one intelligent loop.
1. Trend Detection
The process begins with an automated n8n trigger that queries AliExpress for emerging product trends.
AI agents analyze response data to identify categories with the highest growth potential, tagging each with concise, human-readable names — e.g., “Smart Watch”, “LED Ring Light”, “iPhone Case”.
2. Data Management & Validation
All items are stored in Supabase, the system’s central data hub.
Duplicate entries are automatically filtered, and validated products are indexed into a vector database, forming a knowledge base for contextual AI searches and recommendations.
3. AI Content Generation
For every new product, OpenAI GPT generates concise, engaging marketing text optimized for social media.
The output balances creativity with clarity, ensuring platform-specific appeal without manual editing.
4. Approval & Multi-Channel Publishing
Once content is ready, the workflow runs on a scheduled cron job:
- Posts are sent to a Telegram verification channel for quick human approval.
- After confirmation, n8n automatically publishes across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram.
5. Tracking & Reporting
Each publication is tracked and logged back into Supabase.
Jarvis-style automation reports success through Telegram notifications, confirming which platforms received the post.
