Custom Corporate Website Build

One project that takes a company from a short brief to a live multi-page website: discovery, structure, design, build, launch, and handover.

Custom Corporate Website Build

Most companies arrive with a website that no longer matches the business. Pages were added by whoever had admin access that month, the services list outgrew the navigation, and the design still carries the markings of a purchased theme that three competitors also bought. Buyers read it before they call.

A custom corporate website build is one project that takes a company from a short brief to a live, multi-page site with a structure the team can keep working in. Discovery, content structure, design, development, launch, and handover sit inside the same engagement, so the code, content model, and navigation decisions stay consistent from start to finish.

What a corporate website build is

You receive original design and original code, built for a defined set of page types:

  • Home, service or practice areas, individual service pages, about, team profiles, project pages, contact, and the legal pages a company trading in the EU needs
  • A content model that lets marketing publish new pages, news, or team members without booking developer time
  • Enquiry routing that sends each form to the right inbox or CRM, with spam protection
  • A responsive layout tested on real phones and tablets

Two technical bases cover most builds. Next.js gives us pre-rendered pages, which helps page speed and search visibility. WordPress gives a marketing team a familiar editing screen. We choose during discovery and explain the trade-off in writing before design starts. Where a company wants both page speed and browser-based editing, we connect a headless CMS such as Strapi or Sanity to a Next.js front end, the setup described under headless CMS development.

Who this is for

The build suits companies with a real sales process behind the site:

  • Professional services firms in law, accounting, consulting, architecture, and financial advice, where the site carries practice areas, named people, and a working enquiry path
  • B2B companies whose buyers compare two or three suppliers and lean toward the one that looks organised
  • Businesses in tenders, procurement panels, or partner due diligence, where a reviewer opens the site on a phone during a meeting
  • Companies in more than one market that need two languages and per-region pages with hreflang
  • Organisations whose site sits on a purchased theme that cannot take another plugin without breaking

A five-page brochure with a contact form does not need this scope. That work fits our zero-maintenance static website service, which is cheaper to host and faster to launch. A company with a sound structure that only needs the visual layer brought forward gets better value from website redesign and UI refresh.

What you receive

Discovery and structure

We interview the people who answer enquiries and the people who sell, then write down what each page has to achieve. The output is a sitemap, a brief per page template, a keyword map assigning one search intent to each URL, the integration list, and a phased scope with dates. Nothing gets designed until it is agreed.

Visual design

Design work happens in Figma against your brand, with the home page and one inner template first so you can judge the direction before the rest is built out. Two revision rounds are included. Mobile layouts are designed alongside desktop ones, because a phone layout invented after sign-off rarely matches the intent.

Development

We build the templates, component library, forms, integrations, and analytics. Old URLs get a redirect map so existing rankings survive the move. Markup follows accessible patterns: real heading levels, labelled fields, visible focus states, and passing contrast. Structured data and per-page metadata ship with the build, and a site that also needs ranking work fits our technical SEO audit and fixes service.

Content

You can supply finished copy, or we write it from interviews, your existing documents, and a look at what competitors say. Either way we place it, edit for length, and format it inside the templates. We need one content approver on your side.

Launch and handover

We deploy to your hosting, configure DNS and SSL, submit the sitemap, test the enquiry routing and analytics live, and check the redirects. Handover includes a recorded walkthrough of the editing workflow and written deployment notes, so a future developer can pick up the repository without a phone call.

How the engagement runs

Discovery and structure take one to two weeks. Design runs across weeks two to four. Build and content fill weeks four to seven. Quality checks, launch, and handover occupy the final days, with a small window for fixes found in the first week after go-live. A ten page site runs four to six weeks, and twenty or more pages with extra integrations or a second language push that to six to ten weeks.

From your side we ask for one decision maker, one content approver, access to the current hosting, DNS, and analytics, and feedback inside three working days at each review point. We track the work on a shared board, and you get a short written update each week. This sits alongside our wider corporate website development practice, which covers industries and multilingual requirements in more detail.

What it costs

We quote at our flat rate of $39 per hour, or as a fixed price once discovery has settled the scope, and the pricing page explains both models. Most corporate builds go out as a fixed scope, because the page list is known after phase one.

Scope drivers show up as weeks. Page count and the number of unique templates move the timeline most, since a new template costs design and development time. Copywriting, integrations to a CRM, booking system, or payment provider, a second language, and migrating existing content each add time. A site moving from an old domain adds redirect work.

Our published typical order for a multi-page platform of up to 25 pages is $4,500 to $8,200 across four to six weeks, and that band includes an integrated online shop. A corporate build without commerce is a smaller scope. Companies that need steady delivery rather than one project can take a monthly capacity plan from $2,699 per month. Anything that breaks in code we wrote is handled under our standard bug-fixing policy, which the pricing page sets out.

Proof

SP Cleaning was a Cyprus cleaning company competing with larger operators for the same commercial contracts. We built a custom WordPress theme with dedicated pages for commercial, residential, and post-construction cleaning, a quote request form collecting service type, location, and frequency, and English and Greek content with hreflang. For a corporate build it shows the part that matters to service businesses: turning a list of capabilities into structured pages that end at a form somebody answers.

P. Neofytou and Associates is a Cyprus law firm working in corporate, commercial, immigration, and property law. The site organises practice areas, firm information, and contact details for quick navigation, and includes a blog the lawyers use to publish commentary on legal developments. That is the pattern we use for professional services, where a visitor arrives with one question and needs the right practice page in two clicks.

The Multifamily Group is a commercial real-estate business that needed property search and market context on the same site. We built on WordPress with advanced search and filtering over listings, then shaped the information architecture so market and submarket insight sits beside the properties. For a corporate build it shows the harder case: a site carrying dense data while staying readable to an investor who is skimming.
