Fintech & Web3 Development
Vasilkoff builds fintech products and Web3 solutions — open banking integrations, digital wallets, smart contracts, and DApps — backed by a BOC Hackathon Fintech 3.0 award and AI-accelerated delivery.

Fintech and Web3, Built by a Team That's Already Won for It
Financial technology rewards teams that move fast without breaking compliance, and Web3 rewards teams that can write secure code under public scrutiny. Both demand a rare mix: deep technical skill, regulatory awareness, and the judgment to know when blockchain is the right tool — and when it isn't.
We've put that mix to the test in public. At the BOC Hackathon Fintech 3.0 in Nicosia, our team — Maxim Vasilkov, Anastasia Sarlidou, and Simon Papazov — built SmartWallet, a system bridging traditional banking and electronic contracts using the Bank of Cyprus's open banking APIs. It won 2nd prize and a €4,000 award, judged by mentors and banking-sector experts, not just by us.
That's the standard we hold our fintech and Web3 work to: built to actually work under real scrutiny, not just to demo well.
What we build
Open banking and payments integrations
Connecting your product to banking APIs, payment processors, and financial data providers — the same kind of integration work that produced SmartWallet, adapted to your business's specific compliance and product requirements.
Digital wallets and embedded finance
Wallet systems, balance and transaction management, and embedded financial features for platforms that need to handle money without becoming a bank themselves.
Smart contracts and DApps
Solidity-based smart contracts, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, and full-stack decentralized applications across major EVM chains — built with the security rigor that public, immutable code demands. See our dedicated smart contract development and dApp development services for the full technical breakdown.
Compliance-aware product design
Cyprus and EU financial regulation shapes what a fintech product can and can't do from day one. We design with those constraints in mind from the start, rather than retrofitting compliance after launch — avoiding costly rebuilds later.
Why this combination matters
Most agencies are either "blockchain shops" that have never touched banking infrastructure, or fintech consultancies that outsource anything resembling Web3. We've shipped in both worlds — recognized publicly for the banking-integration side, and building production smart contracts and DApps on the blockchain side (see our Web3 and DApp development services for that track record).
If your product sits at the intersection — a DeFi platform that needs to interact with traditional rails, a banking product exploring tokenization, or a Web3 product that needs real-world payment integration — that's exactly the gap we're built to close.
What clients say about working with us on fintech
"The SmartWallet concept worked because the team understood both sides — what the banking API could realistically do and what a business user actually needs from a digital contract workflow. They didn't over-engineer it. They built exactly what was needed to win, and it did."

Should you even use blockchain?
Not every fintech idea needs Web3, and we'll tell you when it doesn't. Part of how we earned recognition at BOC Hackathon was by building a solution grounded in what banking infrastructure could realistically support — not by forcing blockchain into a problem that didn't need it. We'll give you that same straight answer about your product before we write a single line of code.
Let's talk about your fintech or Web3 product
