Mykola Kryvtsov: Shopify and Automation at Vasilkoff Ltd

Date:  | Time to read: 3 min

Mykola Kryvtsov is the Web Developer Lead and Shopify Specialist at Vasilkoff Ltd. He leads web implementation across e-commerce and automation projects, turning commercial requirements into storefronts and workflows that remain practical to operate after launch.

Shopify Engineering

Mykola's Shopify work covers more than configuring themes. He works across Liquid templates, mobile-first storefront implementation, product and collection structure, platform integrations, conversion paths, and the operational details that connect a store to the rest of a business.

For Sur.co, the team replaced a generic storefront with a bespoke Shopify theme built in Liquid. The project included original UX/UI implementation, responsive product and collection pages, merchant-editable sections, and a purchase flow that stays consistent through Shopify's native checkout.

TrackVision Tech required a broader system. Its Shopify storefront serves individual GPS-tracker buyers while a connected fleet-management platform supports business customers, subscriptions, real-time tracking, reporting, and custom telematics. The project demonstrates Mykola's ability to work where e-commerce, SaaS, and operational software meet.

Mykola's Shopify portfolio also includes PollCart, a social-commerce application that lets shoppers ask friends and family for purchase feedback. The project added custom interaction to the buying journey while remaining integrated with the Shopify ecosystem.

n8n Automation

Alongside storefront development, Mykola builds n8n workflows that connect customer-facing products with AI, databases, messaging platforms, and human approval steps.

Jarvis uses n8n to turn Google Meet transcripts into structured, searchable organisational knowledge. The workflow coordinates GPT processing, relational and vector storage, metadata extraction, authentication, and scheduled synchronisation.

For the Automated Real Estate Sales Workflow, n8n orchestrates inbound Instagram enquiries, PostgreSQL conversation state, AI-assisted replies, scheduled follow-ups, Google Drive knowledge updates, and Gmail-based human approval. This keeps automation useful without removing commercial oversight.

The Ukrainian-Australian Association NT platform applies the same approach to a community organisation. Its n8n layer supports bilingual website and Telegram assistance, conversation context, handoff capture, and escalation to volunteers when a person needs to follow up.

Delivery With Clear Ownership

Mykola focuses on the full path from requirement to maintainable production system. Whether the work is a Shopify storefront, a custom commerce feature, or an n8n automation, his role is to keep the visible customer experience connected to dependable operational logic behind it.
